Knowledge does not = results

You may have noticed that we are 3 posts in, and I have yet to mention calories, carbs, or vegetables.  It’s not that those aren’t important...they are.

The thing is, it doesn’t matter how much nutrition knowledge you have, if you don’t use it in your life, it amounts to just that, knowledge.  

This is where habits come in.  John Dryden is often credited as saying, “We first make our habits, and then our habits make us.”  

We need to establish positive habits in our lives that will last us a lifetime.  Habits that we can do consistently. Habits that become a part of our lives. We of course also need to delete negative habits by replacing them with positive ones.
