3 SIMPLE STEPS

ASSESSMENT

You'll start with an initial assessment so I can learn more about you and your goals.  

​

I will analyze your assessment and follow up with questions until I am 100% certain I understand you and your goals completely.  

​

We will continue to assess throughout our time together to ensure you are making progress toward your goals. 

HABITS

Once I understand you and your goals, you and I will work together to determine your #1 nutrition skill that needs to become a habit in your life.    

​

You will practice that skill for two weeks so it becomes habit.  Skills like eating slowly, or adding Smart Carbs to your meals.  

​

By the end of our coaching you will have built 20+ nutritional habits into your life.  Habit-based coaching is the secret sauce that creates lasting change.  

COACHING

As you are building habits, I will provide education, encouragement, accountability, and guidance to help you turn each skill into a solid habit in your life.  

​

I use an approach called "Awesomeness-Based" coaching where I find the awesome in what you already do and encourage you to do more of that. 

 

At the same time I gently guide you toward nutritional and behavioral changes that will help you reach your ideal weight for good.

​

Through this simple process you change your nutrition habits once and for all.
